Our Story
I have been told by friends and family to do something with my hot sauce. I needed a larger platform to test it out, so lets take it to one of the largest hot sauce contest out there, Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival. August 25, 2019 I entered on a whim, out of over 350 entries, I placed 3rd with my green hot sauce. Texas Hill Country Hot Sauce Company is where we now!
